The Westborough Public Library will be offering five free programs in April to promote personal financial literacy during Money Smart Month. The fourth in the series is The Basics of Borrowing: What You Need to Know to Improve Your Credit Score and Manage Your Debt. The program will be presented by Dave Kaiser, Branch Manager, from . The workshop will cover: types of debt, what lenders look for when deciding to lend, understanding credit reports & FICO scores, and things to consider when borrowing in today’s environment.
