Amanda Borglund, a Girl Scout Ambassador, is working on her Gold Award project, which is equivalent to the Boy Scout Eagle Project. Her project is a free theater program, since she thinks theater should be free for everyone, since the economy has put a damper on theater for children. She must complete 65 hours of work in order to receive her award, and her project must be able to be continued by someone else. Read below about her project.
Theater For Teens is a FREE week-long theater program for students in grades 6th through 8th. They will learn the technical aspects of theater and acting though putting on the Jr. Musical Aladdin!
