Worcester Children's Chorus and Spivey Hall Children's Choir Concert

The Worcester Children’s Chorus and Spivey Hall Children’s Choir will perform in concert on Saturday, June 4 at 3:30 p.m. in the Class of 1945 Hall of St. Mark’ s School in Southborough, MA.

The Spivey Hall Children’s Choir is under the artistic direction of Dr. Martha Shaw. The Tour Choir will be performing in Southborough as part of their 2011 East Coast tour.

This select ensemble is the traveling performance group for the Spivey Hall choir program. Students in Tour Choir commit to a more extensive rehearsal and performance schedule, including an annual summer tour.

As cultural ambassadors of the State of Georgia, the Tour Choir has performed to acclaim throughout the United States, as well as in Canada, Sweden, Norway, England, Austria, the Czech Republic and China. They have also professionally recorded four CDs.

The Tour Chorus of the Worcester Children’s Chorus will also perform under the artistic direction of Jennifer Kane. Both choirs will present separately and together.

Tickets are $10 for Adults, $5 for Seniors and Children 12 – 6 years of age. Children under 5 will be admitted for free.
