Youth Basketball Association Annual Meeting

The Westborough Youth Basketball Association (WYBA) is a non-profit organization committed to providing competitive basketball for Westborough youth in grades 4 thru 8. The Annual Meeting is an event during which the General Members will elect the 2012-2013 Board of Directors and discuss key organizational issues. All Board positions are up for election each year. The agenda will include a short review of the past season and election of a new board followed by any proposed amendments to the bylaws and new business. The meeting may continue on Friday night if business is not concluded. Nominations for board positions will be accepted during the Annual Meeting. Proposed amendments to WYBA’s current bylaws should be forwarded to the WYBA secretary by April 28 to be included in the 2012 Annual Meeting.
