Farmer's Market Set to Open on June 30

The is planning to hold its opening day on Thursday, June 30, from 1 to 6 p.m. on the front lawn of the . 

The newly announced date is a one week delay from the previously planned opening. In an email, Dave McMahon, market organizer and co-executive director of Dismas House of Massachusetts, said that the new date will help “to accomdate additional local vendors and paperwork requirements.” 

The Farmers Market will feature baked bread, vegetables, Massachusetts maple syrup, brownies, beef, pork, lamb, wine, crafts, toys and glassware. A variety of family and children’s activities are planned, and there will be live music performances schedule. 

Vendors include , Emery Family Farm, Wellspring Body Care (Wellspring Acupuncture), Five Loaves Bakery, Dismas Family Farm, Heirloom Harvest CSA, Rocky Ridge Beef Farm, Yummy Mummy Brownies and Zoll Vineyards.
