Join us Saturday June 4th for a free introductory Tai Chi class at 11 am.
You will learn an ancient art for improving your mind, body, and spirit. Tai Chi and Qi Gong exercises have been shown to improve the heart, and reduce stress. It has also been shown to help with MS, Parkinson's, firbromyalgia, and arthritis. Tai chi can be done by almost everyone. Please wear comfortable clothing and flexible soled shoes.
