How Do You Rate National Grid This Week? [Poll]
As the snow started falling in Westborough this past Saturday afternoon, the lights started to go out across town.

Electricity started to go out in Westborough as a rare Halloween snowstorm blew into town on Saturday, Oct. 29. On Monday morning, after many residents spent two chilly nights without power, Chief Alan Gordon reported that 57 percent of the town remained in the dark, or about 4,500 business and residential customers.
National Grid reported that it would be Thursday, Nov. 3, at 11:45 p.m. before power returned completely in Westborough.
Since that time, the electric has returned in small waves of neighborhoods across town. At 9:30 this morning, Gordon reported that 900 customers in town remain in the dark, four days after electricity went out.
