Library Introduces Student Art Exhibit
The public is invited to meet the artists.

Student artists from Gallery in the Pines in Hudson will present an Art Show at the starting Sunday, May 13. The show will include works created by students from Westborough and other surrounding towns.
An artists’ reception to honor these talented young people will be held on Saturday, May 19 at 4 p.m. in the library meeting room. The public is welcome, and light refreshments will be served.

Many artists from the Metrowest area have studied at this growing studio, which boasts 4 winners of the Scholastic Art Awards in Boston. Gallery owner Tracy Wesinger has been teaching art in oils and other media to both adults and children for over 17 years. In addition to teaching in her studio, she taught at Hudson Catholic High School, St. Michael's Grammar School, and The Advanced Math and Science Academy.
Gallery in the Pines offered an eight-week session of lessons at the studio in Hudson as a prize for the Westborough Public Library’s Summer Reading Program.

Artwork will be on display in the library meeting room during regular library hours through June 16.
