Logs: Man Allegedly Pushes, Injures Father
These are the Westborough related cases as they appeared last week in the logs of the Westborough District Court.

Monday, June 11
Jerieme L. Daley, 29, of 146 Walnut St., Apt. 2, Malden, was summonsed to court on a complaint April 2 by Westborough police and charged with driving with a suspended license, subsequent offense. Judge Vito Virzi dismissed the charge upon payment of $200.

Freddy Escobar, 22, of 135 E. Main St., Apt. U-11, Westborough, was summonsed to court on a complaint June 8 by and charged with driving without a license and speeding. Virzi continued the case to July 13.
Jessica K. Ward, 19, of 10 Isaac Miller Rd., Westborough, was summonsed to court on a complaint June 9 by Northborough police and charged with OUI liquor, marked lanes violation and possession/use of false/stolen Registry of Motor Vehicles documents. Virzi continued the case to July 16.

Shawn P. Flanigan, 21, of 5 Baxter St., Westborough, was summonsed to court on a complaint June 10 by Westborough police and charged with assault and battery. He was charged in a domestic dispute with his parents, the police report said. He pushed his father, who fell backward onto a bed and hurt his back, the report said. Virzi continued the case to July 25.
Thursday, June 14
Angel N. Avila, 45, of 293 Turnpike Rd. #106, Westborough, was summonsed to court on a complaint Feb. 3 by Westborough police and charged with assault and battery. Virzi continued the case to Aug. 8.
Leon Jackson, 28, of 9 Alban St. Apt. 2, Dorchester, was summonsed to court on a complaint March 9 by Westborough police and charged with driving negligently. Virzi dismissed the case upon payment of $100 court costs.
Michael Caruso, 23, of 26 Eben St., Milford, was summonsed to court on a complaint May 5 by Westborough police and charged with OUI liquor, failure to stop for a police officer, failure to stop/yield and speeding. Virzi found sufficient facts on the first charge, continued the case without a finding to June 13, 2013, ordered him to lose his license for 45 days, attend a substance program and aftercare and to pay a $65 monthly probation fee. He was found guilty on the second charge; the case was filed. He was found not responsible on the final two charges.
Friday, June 15
Samson Waweru, 25, 239 Lincoln St., Apt. 2, Lowell, was summonsed to Westborough District Court after Westborough police issued a complaint April 9 charging Waweru with leaving the scene of property damage. Virzi scheduled a pretrial hearing July 26.
