Seniors Helping Seniors, a new franchise that connects senior caregivers with seniors in need, opened its doors in October to serve the MetroWest area. The non-medical home care organization provides companionship, transportation, meal preparation, overnight stays and home maintenance services, all by seniors who want to supplement their income while having a dignified and fulfilling service opportunity.
“Seniors Helping Seniors in-home services is a place where active seniors who want to make a difference, can make a difference,” said Douglas Peck, a franchise partner with the Seniors Helping Seniors organization. “It takes a village to provide the care that older seniors need and also to provide meaningful work for active seniors. We hope to be part of creating and sustaining that village.”
