5:20 a.m.: investigated a smoke alarm sounding on Powderhill Way. The incident was due to a malfunction.

6:52 a.m.: Officer Ethan Hillman responded to a report of a car stuck in a snow bank at the intersection of Milk and Boardman Streets. Debris was reported in the roadway. A field interrogation report was filed.

8:53 a.m.: Officers Leeanne Baker and Craig Hillier and Sgt. Peter Goodney responded to a traffic incident on Ruggles Street. A field interrogation report was filed.

1:16 p.m.: Officer Domenic Annunziata assisted with a disabled auto at the intersection of Milk Street and Route 9.

1:17 p.m.: Sgt. Peter Goodney responded to a report of a disabled auto at the intersection of Lyman and Haskell Streets. The car was found to be unoccupied and unlocked. It was reportedly towed from the scene.

1:17 p.m.: received a call regarding a man who was violating a restraining order. Officer Tyson Delong responded to the incident on South Street. ARRESTED: Nikolaos Mitis, 57, 26/23 Williamsburg Ct in Shrewsbury. CHARGES: Violating an abuse prevention order.

4:00 p.m.: Emergency medical services were requested on Mayberry Drive. An ambulance was sent to the scene.

4:40 p.m.: Officer Jeffrey Johnson investigated a report of horses running loose at the intersection of Nourse and Jasper Streets. The owner of the horses was able to secure the animals.

5:40 p.m.: Emergency medical services were requested on Spruce Street for a man who had passed out. He was reported to be responsive when personnel arrived at the scene. An ambulance was dispatched and the man was taken to the hospital. Officer Michael Daniels also investigated the incident.
