Police Log: Dec. 11

1:55 a.m. – Police receive a call informing that a motor vehicle is stuck on the railroad tracks on Nourse Street. A search of the area came up negative.

2:20 a.m. – Police respond to a reported disabled auto on Turnpike Road. No services are necessary.

10:14 a.m. – Five units respond to a call at 40 Washington St. where three people were struck and pinned by a motor vehicle. The Westborough Fire Department was also called to the scene as well as ambulances from Westborough, Northborough and Southborough. Each of the three victims was taken to UMass Memorial Hospital for treatment of injuries to the lower extremities. Police file a field interrogation report.

10:29 a.m. – An accident with property damage is reported on East Main Street. Services are rendered.

1:49 p.m. – Two units respond to an accident with property damage on East Main Street. Services are rendered.

2:50 p.m. – Police respond to a report of an argument on Nourse Street. Four units respond. An injured 60-year-old woman is found lying in the driveway. Police arrest Adam Koumoutseas, 23, of 43 Flagg Rd in Southborough, and charge him with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (pavement), serious injury to elderly or disabled, and domestic assault and battery.

4:16 p.m. – Police respond to a reported hit and run on Technology Drive. A field interrogation report is filed.
