Real Estate Market Continues to Improve [POLL]

The Worcester Business Journal reported that home sales in Massachusetts rose for the second straight month in August, according to the Massachusetts Association of Realtors. While sales rose nearly 18 percent over a year ago, the average selling price remained below that of a year ago.

She told Westborough Patch that the average selling price in Westborough has increased when comparing year-to-year statistics, and she added that the average time that a home is on the market has decreased over the past year.
