Spring Session of Hundredth Town Chorus to Begin!

The Hundredth Town Chorus of Westborough, invites all women to join us as we get ready to begin a new exciting musical season of our four part chorus. We sing spectacular and fun music for our audiences. HTC is open, without audition, to all women singers in the greater Worcester area. The chorus presently has a membership of approximately 30 women, of multiple ages, from Westborough, Northborough, Southboro, Grafton, Shrewsbury, Millbury, Uxbridge and other surrounding towns. If you love to sing, you’re in! Our mission is to bring the music to those who are shut-in or disabled, while thoroughly enjoying ourselves through music. We entertain at area nursing homes, assisted living facilities, or senior centers in Worcester County. There are four performances at the end of the season in May. Music includes Broadway favorites, seasonal classics, popular music, and folk songs to name a few.

The new session begins on Wednesday, January 6, 2016 . Rehearsals run Wednesdays only, from 9:30 to 11 a.m., at the Congregation B’nai Shalom, 117 East Main Street, Westborough. The chorus is not affiliated with the synagogue. There are no night or weekend rehearsals or obligations. All performances are also held on Wednesday mornings. Come to rehearsal and join right in or come to observe what we are all about! No fundraising or ticket selling is asked of its members.
