The Town of Westborough is seeking applications from qualified individuals for the part time position of Animal Control Officer. This position Performs a variety of duties involved in enforcing local and State laws governing the care and keeping of animals in the Town This position is also responsible for responding to calls relating to the control and regulation of dogs and other animals within the town.
Applicants shall possess an Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Applicants with general knowledge of pertinent Massachusetts General Laws, Town bylaws and licensing requirements and procedures preferred.
