Westborough Library Speaker Offering Unique Perspective on Writing

Author Eric Pinder spent seven years living and working in a weather observatory.

Westborough residents will hear a unique perspective on writing this week.

Author Eric Pinder says some of his books, including "Life at the Top: Weather, Wonder & High Cuisine from the Mount Washington Observatory," describe aspects of "what it's like to live and work in a weather observatory on top of a mountain." He spent seven years at the site, in New Hampshire, where he resides.

"I've always loved science and writing," Pinder said Friday.
