Westborough Photographer Featured at Senior Center
Exhibit highlights pieces from Southeast Asia.

The photographic talents of Westborough resident Karl Dunajski, 69, are on exhibit at the displaying more than just a keen artistic eye behind a camera lens. Through his photographs, Dunajski shares his passion for Asia, specifically Cambodia, in his pictures.
“I live there six months a year for the past 12 years,” he told Westborough Patch, explaining that he lives near Phnom Penh.

The Westborough native spent his life in photography, starting in a photo shop right out of high school. He ventured from taking studio portraits to translating his travels into photographs. For a time, he worked in Houston as a forensics photographer.
He said that he has a number of friends from Asia who introduced him to the beauty of Southeast Asia, Cambodia, Thailand and Vietnam. His images range in subject from the simplicity of a village hut to the architectural complexities of Asian temples.

For his first public exhibit, Dunajski arranged about a dozen photographs on a bulletin board near the entrance to the Westborough Senior Center. He also shares a published book of his work, Cambodia: Kingdom of Wonder. The book is available for purchase by contacting Dunajski at camra.one@me.com.
The exhibit runs through the end of June. It is free and open to the public.
