Westborough Public Library - Custodian II

The Westborough Public Library is seeking applications from qualified individuals for the full-time position of Custodian II. This position is responsible for general cleaning, handyman-type work, and moving furniture. Applicants shall possess a high school diploma or general education degree (GED) or one year related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. This position requires frequent contact with the public, so good interpersonal skills and a desire to interact with the public are required. Applicants must have a thorough understanding of written and spoken English. The position may require day, evening and weekend hours. This is a 40 hour per week union position, N-8, with a starting salary of $16.83 per hour.
