The Westborough Public Library is seeking applications from qualified individuals for the part time position of Library Assistant. This position assists patrons of all ages in use of library services. Applicants shall possess a high school diploma or general education degree (GED) and one to three years related experience in a public library; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Computer skills, internet skills, customer service skills, and a desire to work with people of all ages are required. This is a 9 hour per week position, every Saturday and possible weekday/evening hours, with a starting salary of $17.32 per hour.
