495 Traffic: Intense Delays

LITTLETON, MA — A turned over camper (see above) on 495 South appears to be on of a few incidents on both sides of the highway, resulting in painful delays whichever way you are headed.

A look at Google Maps at 9:36 a.m. shows a few reported crashes and a whole lot of red (and dark red) . 495 South sure seems to be getting the worst of it.

Of course, there was a fatal wrong-way crash on 495 in Hopkinton this morning which temporarily closed the highway northbound. The lanes have since been reopened.

Meanwhile, there were no injuries reported in the camper rollover, fire officials said. It occurred just south of Exit 31.
