Bomb Threat at Groton School

GROTON, MA — A bomb threat was directed at Groton-Dunstable Regional Middle School Tuesday morning.

The school was evacuated as police searched the building; nothing was found. Students were dismissed early.

The threat was contained in an automated phone call at about 8:30 a.m., school officials said.

It was one of about a half-dozen bomb threats directed at Massachusetts schools Tuesday morning.

On Friday, there were nearly a dozen bomb threats at school across Massachusetts.
