Jump Rope Jive

Westford Health Department is partnering with Lowell General Hospital and the Westford Healthy Kids Coalition and would like to invite the community to a special 'Let's Move Westford' event for families entitled, ‘Jump Rope Jive’,  on Thursday, March 15 from 6:30 – 8:00 PM at the Stony Brook Middle School Auditorium in Westford.  
 
Rene Bibaud, a five-time jump rope world champion, ESPN commentator and former artist and coach of Cirque Du Soleil, educates, motivates and demonstates the benefits - of what she calls the single best fitness tool - the jump rope!  Rene shares her life experiences with the audience while performing fun, interactive jump rope skills & dynamic hands-on lessons for all ages.  Rene's presentation includes lots of audience participation as well as time for Q&A, photos, and autograph signing.  Check out Rene and RopeWorks  (www.ropeworkjumprope.com).

 This event is open to the public and appropriate for families with children in grades K-6. 
Tickets are $5 pp or $15 Family Maximum.  To reserve advance sale tickets, please send an email to Heidi Tierney / intothewoods3@comcast.net.  Tickets can also be purchased at the door.
