Fatal Warwick Fire: 5 Victims Identified
A mother and her four children were killed in a fire in Warwick, Massachusetts on March 4, 2017.

WARWICK, MA — Authorities have identified the five victims killed in a fire in the Western Massachusetts community of Warwick over the weekend. A wood stove sparked the massive fire at a Richmond Road residence.
Killed were Lucinda Seago and four children, aged 7, 9, 12 and 15, respectively, authorities announced Thursday. Her husband and another child escaped the blaze, according to Northwestern Massachusetts District Attorney David Sullivan.
The fire started in the kitchen on the first floor, according to state fire Marshal Peter Ostroskey. A wood stove ignited combustibles left nearby, officials said.
