Man Charged With Attempted Murder in Westford

- 9 a.m. Following a traffic stop on Carlisle Road, Isiah Lyons, 20, of Lowell, was charged with trying to kill Westford’s police chief. Read more about this case.

- 6 p.m. Following a traffic stop on Boston Road, Stacy Piazza, 44, of Westford, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court.
