Man Charged with Driving Around with Open Can of Booze in Westford

- 1:02 p.m. Following a traffic stop on Boston Road, Ronald Johnson, 55, of Lowell, was charged with possessing an open container of alcohol and failure to wear a seat belt. He also had a warrant for vehicles infractions.

- 5:20 p.m. Following a traffic stop on Boston Road, Tammy Rogers, 50, of Lowell, was charged with driving with a suspended license (subsequent offense).
