• Healey Awards $15M To Help Advance 5 Residential Conversion Projects (bisnow.com) — Westford is set to gain about 300 new apartments as the state awards $3 million to convert the former hotel at 219 Littleton Road into housing. The funding, part of Gov. Healey's Commercial Conversion Tax Credit Initiative, supports turning underused commercial properties into residences and could significantly affect local traffic, housing availability, and neighborhood character.
