5 Time DUI Offender Indicted By Grand Jury

WESTON, MA- The District Attorney announced one Weston related indictment handed down by the Grand Jury between September 26 and November 20, 2018. The indictment involved a man charged with a DUI facing his fifth offense. These charges are allegations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

Here's who:

Roger Richardson, 53, of Waltham, was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs, 5th offense, possession of a Class B substance, subsequent offense, and operating a motor vehicle with a license suspended for operating under the influence while under the influence. The Assistant District Attorney is Robert Meltzer.
