Designed as an introduction to the practice of yoga. You will not be required to twist yourself into a pretzel! This material is accessible to everyBODY. We will focus on developing clear and safe alignments in basic yoga poses, gentle stretching while applying Ahimsa (non-violence) to ourselves and finally relaxation. Come learn and play with us and get a taste of what this ancient art has to offer.

All levels welcome.
