No more hurting people. PEACE

Now that the brothers who bombed the Boston Marathon have been found and taken down, let us remember the words of the boy who was their youngest victim, eight year old Martin Richard of Dorchester.

On a poster board Martin had written No more hurting people   PEACE

May young Martin's message resonate throughout our country and the world, bringing us all to our senses, bringing us real peace and true brotherhood.

It's time to break the cycle of senseless violence and give peace a chance, in the words of another innocent victim of it, John Lennon.

Let us begin with ourselves and with our own government, whose drone attacks on civilians in other countries routinely result in the same sort of horrible carnage we saw here on Marathon Monday.
