Council on Aging: Movie Screening and Panel Discussion about Dementia & Alzheimer's - Strategies for Caregivers

Weston's Council on Aging Invites you to Attend a Movie Screening & Panel Discussion about strategies for coping with Dementia and Alzheimer's Disease in Loved Ones

On Thursday, November 7th from 3:30 - 5:30, in the Community Room of the Public Library, a screening of the documentary, “I Remember Better When I Paint” will be held.  Narrated by Olivia de Havilland, the film is first international documentary about the positive impact of art and other creative therapies on people with various forms of dementia, including Alzheimer’s, and how these approaches can change the way we look at providing care. Please RSVP to 781-786-6280 or westoncoa@westonmass.org to ensure ample seating and contact Theresa Levinson levinson.t@westonmass.org if there is a particular aspect of this topic you would like to have discussed.
