Elderly Woman Rescued From Burning Bedroom
Firefighters busted through a locked door in a burning building and found an elderly woman unconscious.
WESTON, MA - An elderly woman was rescued from a house fire after falling unconscious in her locked bedroom, fire officials said.
Firefighters responded to a two alarm fire on Bradford Road at about 11:30 p.m. Thursday. Two male residents of the home told firefighters that a woman was trapped upstairs, officials said.
Firefighter broke through the locked bedroom door and found the woman unresponsive, officials said.

The woman reportedly gained consciousness by the time she got to the hospital.
Fire officials said the second floor of the home was badly damaged in the blaze. The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
