Enjoy Perfect Pairings with SKYBOKX 109 GastroSports & Clown Shoes Brewery

On Tuesday, November 11th, SKYBOKX 109 GastroSports, Greater Boston’s premier destination for the ultimate culinary and sports viewing experience, will partner with Ipswich, Massachusetts-based Clown Shoes brewery to host a four-course prix-fixe beer dinner boasting a sumptuous menu created by Executive Chef Noah Gagnon.

Upon arrival, guests will be welcomed with a special “Beer-ception,” where they’ll snack on bite-sized appetizers before diving into three tempting main courses, followed by everyone’s favorite seasonal sweet treat! Each course, even dessert, will be expertly paired with a craft beer from Clown Shoes, giving guests the opportunity to sample numerous offerings from the local, award-winning brewery.

Boasting tender braised short rib, citrusy scallop and savory duck, the menu for SKYBOKX’s four-course prix-fixe beer dinner will be served as follows:
