Enrollment Change Form And Testing Survey For Students Of Weston Public Schools

Dear Weston School Families,

"I am sharing with you links to two documents. The first is a Family Testing Survey. We would like your input as we consider different COVID testing options. Although we have not yet secured testing, we are getting close to making critical decisions and we value your feedback. Please complete this survey by Wednesday, November 18th.

The second document is a Request to Change Enrollment Form. Please fill out this form if you wish to change your child’s enrollment in January, either from Remote Learning Academy to the in-school program or from the in-school program to Remote Learning Academy. Please complete this form by Monday November 30th. (If you do not want to change your child’s enrollment, please do not fill out the form.)
