Calling All Cyclists! Cycling Enthusiasts Take Over Boston for the 9th Annual Hub On Wheels
10, 30 and 50 mile course options for riders of all ages to cycle through the city
WHAT: Mayor Menino’s Boston Bikes host the 9th annual Hub on Wheels on Sunday, September 22, for cycling enthusiasts of all ages to explore historical Boston. The three course ride offers the opportunity to coast through Boston’s eclectic neighborhoods, with breaks at Arnold Arboretum, Forest Hills Cemetery, Codman Square and Carson Beach.

The ride starts and finishes on City Hall Plaza in downtown Boston, with a 10-, 30- and 50-mile route option. Fruit, water and light snacks will be available for hungry riders at various stops throughout each course.

WHO: Adults of all ages and children 10 years and older.
Children ages 10-11 may ride the 10-mile course only. Children under 10 years old can participate by riding with an adult on a tandem, trail-a-bike, bike seat or trailer.

6:30am Registration and packet pick-up
7:45am Opening ceremony at Start/Finish stage
8:00am Ride starts

HOW: Register online at BostonCyclingCelebration.com or go to the On-Site Registration tent when you arrive at City Hall Plaza. Registration fee is $45 prior to the event and $55 on-site. Children under 10 years old ride for free.
