Hammond Agent Souzan Davood Earns Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES(R)) Designation

Agent earns SRES designation

WELLESLEY, Mass. (October 21, 2014) – Gail Bogle, manager of Hammond Residential Real Estate’s Wellesley office, recently announced that agent Souzan Davood has earned the Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®) designation from the National Association of Realtors (NAR).

To achieve the SRES® designation, Davood completed extensive coursework and passed the required examination. The SRES® designation recognizes real estate agents who demonstrate the necessary knowledge and expertise to counsel clients age 50+ through major financial and lifestyle transitions in relocating, refinancing, or selling the family home.

Souzan resides in Newton and is very active within the community through her volunteer work at the Newton Women’s Club and other organizations. Her passion for real estate started many years ago and since that time she has been actively pursuing and investing in real estate. Her education includes the Goldman School of Dental Medicine, California State University, B. S., and continuing classes and education as a licensed Massachusetts Realtor. As a member of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board and the Multiple Listing Service, she has the advantage of not only marketing properties to prospective buyers, but also to all Massachusetts real estate agents who may have a buyer that is right for a home.
