Harmony Farm Sound Meditation Event Wednesday Evening October 22 in Medfield

Please join us for this deeply therapeutic and profoundly relaxing event

The Harmony Center at Harmony Farm is delighted to welcome Joe Hayes of SoundScapers on Wednesday evening October 22, 7-8:30, as we come together in contemplative community to journey with sound. Sound healing supports a contemplative state of being; fosters peace and spiritual awakening; inspires us to subtly become aware of the Divine moving through and among us; and creates a vibrational space for healing and visioning. Attendees lay on yoga mats during the session (or may sit in one of the available chairs) and are bathed in exquisite sound and tone, including the shruti box, chant, guided imagery, the didgeridoo, and over a dozen quartz crystal, Himalayan, and hand-held singing bowls. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, and pillow; if you don’t have these items, some are available for borrowing. $25, email joeyghayes@comcast.net to register. Space is limited and this event will sell out, so please register early. As the Harmony Center is on a private estate, the address will be sent upon registration. Thanks for reading, and make it a peaceful day.

“Everyone has a vibration that is a signature of their health and well-being. Similar to a musical instrument that can fall out of tune through use, our bodies can also fall out of vibrational harmony and develop illness….Sound and vibration can be used to re-tune and return us to health. One of the most powerful modalities for this is the use of singing bowls. When there is a deep relaxation through soothing, resonant sound, the body is affected on a cellular level, opening up the flow of energy to move us back toward health...” Suren Shrestha, How to Heal with Singing Bowls
