Live Music and Local Causes

Tuesdays mean music and a relaxed atmosphere on the patio at Not Your Average Joe's Waltham

Treat yourself to a night out and enjoy some live music on the patio at Not Your Average Joe's in Waltham this Tuesday May 31 and next Tuesday June 7 - and you'll help bring music and performance to deserving kids! The local music non-profit organization Pavoh is presenting talented young performers and getting some well-deserved support in return. Not Your Average Joe’s 56 Market Place Drive in Waltham, Massachusetts is donating 15% of each check to the organization. Performing at the Concert on The Patio Series are several of the musicians that Pavoh has helped and supported. Music performance is from 6:00 to 8:00PM on the following dates:

  • May 31 - James MacPherson – RADAR Class of ’16 Winner - from Connecticut
  • June 7 - Talia Rubenstein - Guitarist from Brookline, MA

“I selected Pavoh as our NYACause beneficiary because I strongly believe in the importance of musical development and expression for young musicians,” said Jordan Saglio, Local Store Marketing Manager – NYAJ. “I witnessed how music brings imagination and creativity to the forefront for many children while working at a musical education center in Northborough, MA. I am ecstatic that Not Your Average Joe’s can provide resources to help promote important developmental factors for children,” he continued. “ We have supported many incredible organizations through our Not Your Average Cause program and we are very happy to add Pavoh to this list."

Pavoh’s mission is to provide young people with accessible music opportunities that drive artistic growth and empower self-expression. Pavoh brings music programs to the community and provides mentorships between young artists and seasoned Pavoh musicians. They also present an award program that recognizes up and coming local talent. To find out more about Pavoh you can go to their Facebook page, Facebook.com/Pavoh.org or their website, pavoh.org.
