Mass. Pike Speed Limit Reduced For March 13 Storm
Officials are warning drivers to stay off the roads. It'll be an icky one out there.
WESTON, MA – Transportation officials have reduced the speed limit on the Mass. Pike to 40 mph from Weston to the New York border, according to Massachusetts State Police. The move is the latest in a series of roadway restrictions designed to ensure drivers' safety while leaving room for cleanup.
Tractor trailers and specially permitted vehicles are restricted from travel. The public is advised to stay off the roads if possible.
