Local non profit benefits when you donate your used instruments - hear talented musicians and win a Les Paul Studio Pro
Summer is a great time to clear out closets and basements! Put those old and unused instruments to good use - bring them to Music Go Round - 810 Worcester Street (Rt. 9 East), Natick on Sunday August 14 between 12 - 5pm when the store will be hosting the non profit music organization Pavoh. Drop off and donate your instruments on this day and all of the proceeds will go toward Pavoh’s community music programs. You will receive a tax letter from Pavoh and a disadvantaged child will receive the gift of music!
Pavoh, a Waltham, MA-based nonprofit that inspires, educates and celebrates young musicians throughout New England, is descending on Music Go Round on Sunday August 14 between 12 - 5pm. The organization will present live performances by Pavoh’s award-winning youth musicians; raffle off a Special Edition Gibson Les Paul Guitar; and accept instrument donations - all to benefit music education programs for underserved youth in Massachusetts.

Also on Sunday August 14, Pavoh will raffle off a genuine Gibson 120th Anniversary Les Paul Studio Pro - to support community music programs. Make a $5 donation and win a chance to take home the Les Paul Studio Pro donated by the Gibson Foundation.

Pavoh, Inc. a non-profit 501(c)(3), believes in the power of music to transform lives. Pavoh's mission is to provide young people with accessible music opportunities that drive artistic growth and empower self-expression. One of the ways Pavoh fulfills it's mission is by bringing music programs to community partners. Pavoh works with community organizations to create music programs and one-of-a-kind-experiences to inspire a lifelong love of music.
Performers on August 14 include guitarists, singers and bands. Company One is a rock band from Marlborough that was a finalist in the 2016 Pavoh Music Awards and include Marcelo Costa (vocals/bass) - Steven Richardson (lyrics/drums) - Eoghan McCarthy (orchestration/guitar). Talia Rubenstein from Brookline is a 17-year-old fingerstyle guitarist and was featured as Pavoh Artist of the Week.

The Pavoh Music Awards (formerly known as RADAR Awards) were designed to highlight young artists of any genre making music of uncommon quality with significant promise - submissions are open now for 2017 and the application is on the pavoh.org website. The Pavoh selection committee are looking for acts in any genre that possess: musicality/originality, production/sound/image and over all presentation. All musicians must live in New England and be under the age of 21 as of October 31, 2016. Visit: www.pavoh.org
Music Go Round Natick/Boston, located at 810 Worcester Street, Natick, buys instruments and accessories directly from its customers, refurbishes them and offers them back to the community for resale. They provide a unique opportunity for customers to act as suppliers for other customers; thereby ensuring that the gear offered reflects the needs of the community.
