Here is the latest Pinnacle Report for Weston, MA Real Estate.... In the last two weeks in Weston, five single family homes came on the market, three sold*, and there are 87 remaining properties. For perspective, here are the numbers from the same time frame over the last few years:

2013: nine new, five sold, 71 remaining
2012: three new, six sold, 70 remaining
2011: three new, five sold, 96 remaining

So we’re a bit light on the number of solds, but the inventory has improved considerably in the last two years. What will the next month of this Fall market bring?
