Here is the latest Pinnacle Report for Weston, MA Real Estate.... In the last two weeks in Weston, one single family home came on the market, three sold*, and there are 91 remaining properties. Although it’s summer, and we expect our activity to be slower, this level of activity is lower than in previous years. This time last year, there were four new properties and five solds*. In 2012, the numbers were eight and six, respectively. Our current inventory is 21% higher than this time in 2013 and 7% above the 2012 figure. And the exciting news is that the start of the Fall market is just around the corner!
