Here is the latest Pinnacle Report for Weston, MA Real Estate.... In the last two weeks in Weston, 12 single family homes came on the market, five sold*, and there are 95 remaining properties. As with my last report, our number of active listings has surpassed the 2013 and 2012 inventory figures (71 and 77, respectively) and is consistent with the 2011 number (96). Though the inventory has equalized at most of the price ranges, there are still an inordinately large number of listings (41%) at $2.5M and above. We are excited that the Fall market is in full swing!
