Pinnacle Report for Weston MA Real Estate 9/15/2014 - 9/28/2014

The last 2 weeks of new, pending and remaining listings. The supply is there; we're back to 2011 inventory numbers. Will demand follow suit?

Here is the latest Pinnacle Report for Weston, MA Real Estate.... In the last two weeks in Weston, six single family homes came on the market, four sold*, and there are 94 remaining properties. The story remains consistent with what it has been in the last few reports. The inventory has surpassed the 2013 and 2012 numbers (70 and 75, respectively) and is in line with the 2011 number (97). And the active listings priced at $2.5M and above still comprise 41% of the total inventory. We hope that October brings increased new listing and sales activity.
