Police Log: Boston Man Pulled Over for Illegal Window Tint, Charged with OUI

Friday, Sept. 28
1:56 p.m. - Michael Chartoff, 42, of 162 Boylston St., Apt. 41, Boston was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol after a Weston Police officer pulled him over for driving with an illegal window tint.
6:49 p.m. - Police responded to a car crash on South Avenue that resulted in damage to property.

7:07 p.m. - A suspicious person was reported at 42 Hill Top Road.

8:51 p.m. - Police responded to a car crash at 269 Merriam Road.
10:37 - Police received calls about a suspicious person on Norumbega Road.
Sunday, Sept. 30
10:42 p.m. - William Lyons, 53, of 158 Hudson St., Marlborough was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol on Boston Post Road.
Monday, Oct. 1
6:07 p.m. - Police and fire officials responded to 39 Laurel Road due to a report of a fire. The basement smelled of smoke related to a hot basement light and burnt out ballast. The light fixture was disconnected.
10:48 a.m. - Police responded to a report of suspicious activity at 397 Concord Road.
