As one of the thought leaders of the Conscious Capitalism movement, Raj is the Franklin Olin Distinguished Professor of Global Business and Whole Foods market Research Scholar in Conscious Capitalism at Babson College. He is also Co-Founder and Co-Chairman of Conscious Capitalism, Inc.

Raj is the author (with John Mackey, founder and co-CEO of Whole Foods Market) of the New York Times and Wall Street Journal bestselling book Conscious Capitalism: Liberating the Heroic Spirit of Business. He has been cited as one of the “50 Leading Marketing Thinkers” and named to the “Guru Gallery” by the Chartered Institute of Marketing. Additionally, he was named one of the “Top 100 Thought Leaders in Trustworthy Business Behavior” by Trust Across America.

He has extensive experience working with nationwide and worldwide companies. Raj has consulted with and taught executive programs for numerous companies, including AT&T, Nokia, LG, DPDHL, POSCO, Siemens, Sprint, MCI, Volvo, IBM, Ernst & Young, Walmart, McDonalds and Southern California Edison. His focus aligns with the work of the Foundation, which includes, among other things, working to create a healthy, strong economy now, and for the future.
