RCC is a play-based program with an emergent approach to curriculum. All developmental areas are viewed as being equally important, and elements from these areas are woven into the entire day. A high value is placed upon the processes that children engage in during play that enable them to become lifelong learners.

College students participate in our program as assistants, interns, student teachers, and special project leaders and enable us to provide a low student to teacher ratio.

Families are viewed as crucial in the process of developing young children. Each day families receive an electronic report of their child’s day including pictures and curriculum highlights. We strive to build a positive relationship with families through consistent communication and family events.

Please join us for our Open House! If you are unable to attend or would like to tour in advance please contact Rebecca Putnam at Rebecca.putnam@regiscollege.edu or 781-768-7096. More information can be found about the program at http://www.regiscollege.edu/about/childrens-center.cfm
