Once again I will be holding open office hours at Town Hall from 9:00 to 11:00 am, this Saturday, March 22. Have a concern? a question? or just want to hear about what's going on in town? Please stop by. No appointment is necessary, just drop in.
For those who may not have caught it this is a program we pilot tested in 2013 and have rolled out on a monthly basis now with each of your 3 Selectman holding office hours. As a reminder, these are the ways your Board of Selectmen (BOS) are available to you:
* twice-monthly BOS meetings begin with resident comment/question period
* resident questions and input are welcome throughout regular BOS meetings, within reasonable time limits
* index cards are available at BOS meetings so residents may submit questions for follow up if they do not wish to ask them verbally or time does not permit getting to all questions.
* all BOS meetings are broadcast on local access television by the Weston Media Center, and are archived on the Weston Media Center website.
* you can reach the three Selectmen by email, phone, or mail (see link below).* monthly open office hours (Selectmen rotate through holding open office hours).
