Souzan Davood Joins Hammond Residential Wellesley Office

WELLESLEY, Mass. (September 23, 2014) - Gail Bogle, manager of Hammond Residential Real Estate’s Wellesley office, recently announced that Souzan Davood has affiliated with Hammond. In her new role, Davood will collaborate with buyer and seller clients from Hammond’s Wellesley office located at 40 Grove Street.

Davood is a longtime Newton resident who enjoys being active within the community through her work with the Newton Women’s Club and other local charities. She attended the Goldman School of Dental Medicine at Boston University, and she also earned a Bachelor of Science degree from California State University. In her spare time, Davood enjoys relaxing with family, reading and playing tennis and golf.

Prior to her career in real estate, Davood worked in the dental industry. Her longtime passion for marketing and interior design led her to pursue a career in real estate, where she enjoys sharing her breadth of market knowledge with her clients to help them achieve their real estate goals. A creative thinker and problem solver, one of Davood’s unique approaches is to bring people together and make the deal happen. She is enthusiastic and able to engage a wide variety of prospects resulting from her ability to speak several languages, including Spanish, Persian, Turkish and Armenian.

Davood is a member of numerous professional organizations, including the Greater Boston Real Estate Board and the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing. In addition to providing traditional real estate services, Davood enjoys tracking market statistics and trends in an effort to provide her clients with current market information that will help them accomplish their real estate objectives.
