Special Equinox Sound Healing in Natick, Sunday Afternoon September 21, 4-5:30pm
Please join us for this deeply therapeutic and profoundly relaxing event

Ah, the Autumnal Equinox-- Summer’s waning, halcyon days, full moons and cricket nights, a return to school and the season of New Beginnings. What better way to reassess, dream, release, and move forward, than with a journey within/without via exquisite sound and tone? Please join SoundScapers (Josh Fonseca and Joe Hayes) as we journey as a community of seekers to wellness, release, groundedness, and serenity, on an ocean of melodic bliss. Bells, chimes, sound bowls, the gong, the didgeridoo, chant, Native American drumming, guided imagery, and a sharing of intentions will make this a wonderful afternoon at the peaceful and beautiful studios of Roots and Wings Yoga, 317 North Main Street, Natick. Attendees lay on yoga mats (or sit in one of the available chairs) and are bathed in beautiful sound and tone. $25, email joeyghayes@comcast.net to register. Yoga mats, blankets, and pillows provided. Thank you for reading, and have a peaceful day.
“Everyone has a vibration that is a signature of their health and well-being. Similar to a musical instrument that can fall out of tune through use, our bodies can also fall out of vibrational harmony and develop illness….Sound and vibration can be used to re-tune and return us to health. One of the most powerful modalities for this is the use of singing bowls. When there is a deep relaxation through soothing, resonant sound, the body is affected on a cellular level, opening up the flow of energy to move us back toward health...” Suren Shrestha, How to Heal with Singing Bowls
