Squam River Landing To Be Showcased In Upcoming Parade Of Homes Tour

Squam River Landing, a master-planned, sustainable community overlooking the Squam Lakes, will have new homes under construction featured as “Show Homes” in the upcoming Lakes Region Parade of Homes, taking place over Columbus Day weekend. Squam River Landing, located aside River Edge Marina on Leavitt Road, is being developed by Sippican Partners, LLC., and offers mountain and lake view home sites, right-sized, energy efficient homes, and the opportunity to live in one of the world’s most pristine and well preserved lake communities – all nestled in the heart of the lakes region at the foothills of the white mountains.

The Lakes Region Parade of Homes, running October 11th -13th, from 10:00am to 4:00pm daily, invites visitors to tour nine “Show Homes” built by some of New Hampshire’s premier builders. The event is sponsored by the Lakes Region Builders & Remodelers Association. As the third location on the tour, Squam River Landing welcomes guests to view any of the five homes currently in various stages of construction and the community’s social hub, River Edge Marina – featuring boat slips, boat houses for sale, and clubhouse event space, available to Squam River Landing residents. Tickets to the Lakes Region Parade of Homes are available at each of the nine locations along the tour and cost $10 for adults. Children under 12 years of age are free.

Developed in harmony with natural surroundings in a clustered conservation land plan, Squam River Landing offers completed architecturally-distinct home designs which pay homage to lake cottages and camps of days gone by. These energy efficient homes vary in size from 1,400 sf to 3,500 sf with prices ranging from the mid $400’s to the mid $800’s depending on size, home site, level of sustainability and finishes. Sippican Partners Construction, LLC is currently building two custom homes for clients seeking a more-personalized design. All home designs and construction methods are Energy Star compliant and LEED and National Association of Home Builders Green eligible.
